What we do
HomePestLine is a free referral service. We are not a pest control company and do not perform any pest control work. When you call, your call is routed to an independent, participating pest control provider that serves your area. Availability of providers varies by location and time.
Independent providers
All providers are independent businesses. They are not our employees or agents. We do not endorse, warrant or guarantee any provider or any work performed, including pricing, scheduling, products used, results or safety. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the provider.
Your responsibility
Before hiring anyone, you are responsible for confirming that the provider holds the pest control license and insurance required by your state, and for reviewing their estimate, contract and product information.
No cost to you
Our referral service is free for homeowners. Providers may pay us or our partners for referrals. Any charges for pest control services are set by the provider.
Photos and content
All persons depicted in photos or videos on the Site are actors or models and not providers listed on the Site. Information on the Site is general and not professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomePestLine is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from services performed by any provider. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Changes
We may change these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page.
